Agence Doberman is a private security company in Cameroon that was created more than 10 years ago. It has received an operating license in 2021. Our past and present customers include small and large companies and organisations. The company has undergone restructuring and is now part of the DMVP Global Services LLC, a company registered in the USA.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct outlines the principles all staff and partners must follow, including zero tolerance for bribery and corruption, a strong stance against discrimination and modern slavery, respect for human rights, and a commitment to ethical behaviour and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards. It promotes transparency, accountability, professionalism, and requires adherence to the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Violations are subject to disciplinary measures.

SOP

The Agence Doberman SOP defines clear, standardized procedures for delivering professional and secure guarding services. It covers daily operations, access control, emergency response, communication, client interaction, electronic systems use, and incident reporting. The SOP emphasizes discipline, training, health & safety (HSE), and strict adherence to site instructions, ensuring all personnel perform with integrity, efficiency, and accountability.

A key element of the unique SOP is the state-of-the-art mobile application which is a smart security operations platform designed to track, monitor, and manage security officers performance in real time. It offers features such as patrol verification, incident reporting, GPS tracking, attendance logs, and client reporting dashboards—ensuring accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency.

HSE Golden Rules

Agence Doberman HSE Golden Rules and Commitment are a set of non-negotiable safety principles designed to protect personnel, clients, and the public. They cover key areas such as road safety, proper use of protective equipment (PPE), hazard reporting, and a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol.
