As of March 21, 2023, the Cameroonian government implemented a revised minimum wage structure through Decree No. 2023/00338/PM, establishing three distinct minimum wage levels based on employment sectors:
- 41,875 FCFA per month for state employees governed by the Labour Code.
- 45,000 FCFA per month for workers in the agricultural and related sectors.
- 60,000 FCFA per month for employees in all other sectors.
