Regular Recognition Awards
These awards are given periodically to recognize consistent excellence across all job categories and locations:
- Most Valuable Employee of the Month: Awarded monthly to an individual demonstrating exceptional reliability, professionalism, and contribution.
- Most Valuable Employee of the Quarter: Awarded every three months to those who consistently perform at a high level and show strong leadership.
- Most Valuable Employee of the Year: Annual recognition for top performers in each site or department who have shown long-term excellence and dedication.
